Abstract:This paper focuses on the basic components of
a modern office. A good office design can provide a
better office environment, more productivity and creativity. The approaches of how
to plan a modern office and how to achieve office
automation are discussed in the paper. Computers and office software are
the main centers of office automation. So the common computer
configuration, main office software and other necessary accessories are
introduced in 2,3 and 4 part of this paper. In the end, the main trend of the
office future is presented.
With the development of computer and
network technology, various of office automation equipments gradually step into
the people's daily life. In the complex market circumstance of office equipments,
