How to measure one office chair

1.       Overall Depth: In order to obtain the appropriate measurement, place a flat surface behind the back rest of the office chair and position the base so that there is a caster towards the front of the chair. Ensure the caster is facing outboard and then take the measurement.

2.       Overall Height Min/Max: Place a flat surface on top of the chair and then take the measurement.

Ensure that the flat surface is not leaning forward or backwards in order to take the right measurement.

We need both the lowest and highest points on the Quote Sheet.

3.       Overall Width Min: The overall width minimum will be taken with both the right and left arms towards the center of the chair.

4.       Overall Width Max: The overall width maximum measurement will ba taken with both arms fully extended using a flat surface on either side of the arms.

5.       Seat Height Min/Max: Placing a ruler or other flat object towards the front of the seat will help you to take the appropriate seat height

Please make sure that the ruler is not leaning otherwise you may not take the right measurement.
